Mr. Clean-It LLC Terms and Conditions / Policy of Service

Mr. Clean-It LLC seeks to provide the best full steam auto detail service in the KC area. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for considering our steam auto detailing and car wash services and spell out some of the terms and conditions of our business criteria. We hope you will find the policies listed below helpful and informative in explaining the extent of our detailing services. Personal Property Policy

We request before the scheduled service appointment, that all personal property be removed from your vehicle. Possessions Left in the Vehicle: Our policy is to gather all of the vehicle owners’ belongings that are left in the vehicle and place them in a bag to be provided to the customer when their vehicle service is complete. Our staff is also trained to remove any loose change from the console area and place it in a plastic bag to facilitate cleaning. We are not responsible for any belongings that may be lost or otherwise disposed of in the course of cleaning your vehicle. We strongly recommend that each customer remove any belongings they consider to be of value before leaving the vehicle with us.

Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy:

We can never exactly predict what the weather will be like; please remember every scheduled service appointment is weather permitting. If the weather is inclement during your scheduled appointment we will automatically reschedule your service for the next available appointment slot at no extra cost.

Booking Policy:

If you wish to make an appointment for a service, please give us a call at 913.522.4335 or send us an email at joe@mrcleanit.com. When we schedule an appointment we do everything possible to arrive on time. This means we arrive up to 20 minutes before or after the time scheduled. If we aren't  able to make it on time due to circumstances beyond our control (accidents, excessive traffic, etc) we will call to advise you of our delay. Payment is approval of services preformed. Full payment in form of cash, credit/debit card, is due after the completion of services. No personal checks. Any concerns about services preformed will only be discussed with the individual who paid for said service. No third party conversations as it relates to services preformed. A $45.00 service minimum is required for mobile services.

24-Hour Appointment Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy:

Mr. Clean-It has a 24 hour cancellation policy / rescheduling policy. If for any reason you are unable to hold your appointment, Mr. Clean-It requires a 24-hour cancellation / rescheduling notice. A 24-hour cancellation / rescheduling notice is required because we not only lose your business but the business of potential customers who could have booked an appointment during your appointment slot. If Mr. Clean-It shows up at a scheduled appointment, and the customer failed to let us know of a cancellation, a $45.00 charge will ensue.

72-Hour Refund Policy:

If you have prepaid or booked online and for any reason you are unable to hold your appointment. We would gladly give you a refund within 72 hours from the original time of purchase or booking. After 72 hours from the original time of purchase we won’t be able to give you a refund and we would only give you service credit. There is no expiration for this credit and you can use it towards any of our services.

Selection of Service:

Please keep in mind that Mr. Clean-It will only perform the service that the customer is paying for. Please do no expect a full service Complete Detail when you are paying for a Mini Detail or car wash service. We will do our best to please our customer, but we will not perform extra services outside of the description of work being done, without additional charges.

Excessively Dirty Vehicle Policy:

If your vehicle is well beyond moderate dirt and grime, you will be charged extra. Excessively dirty vehicles take much more time and resources to get the job done correctly. Charges are based on severity of dirtiness.

Travel Fees Policy:

Mr. Clean-It provides steam detailing & steam wash services for all customers at our standard rate; however additional travel fees may apply if customer is outside of our service area (Kansas City to Gardner)

Changes to these Policies:

Mr. Clean-It has the discretion to update this privacy policies at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our Site, revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about our policies. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these policies periodically and become aware of modifications.

Your acceptance of these terms:

By booking, purchasing, or requesting our service you signify your acceptance of these policies. If you do not agree to our policies, please do not book, purchase or make an appointment. Your continued use of our site following the posting of changes to these policies will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
